The bands comes forth with a darker atmosphere on this release, as there is a deeper, industrial-like feel to the distortion. It is still W.A.S.P., though, and the brief change in focus actually spices up the band's catalog, when viewed as a whole entity.
A crackling ambiance is created with the splendid "Little Death," and other good cuts include the title track, "Killahead," and the slower and building "My Tortured Eyes".
