**UMR Review Poll Winner**
The Hear 'n Aid project was a famine-relief effort headed up by Ronnie James Dio, and was the metal community's version of "We Are the World," "Band Aid," and the
like. An amazing ensemble of '80s mainstream-metal and hard rock stars came together for this effort; the amount of talent that contributed is staggering.
The "Stars"
song itself is impressive in its own right, but this 9-track release is made even more appealing when the other tracks are taken into account: six of them are live versions of
hits from various metal acts.
Below is a scan of the album information, detailing the roles each artist played.
