Bat Head Soup -- Tribute to Ozzy (2000/Triage) Rating--8.6

Tons of huge names show up on this tribute, with each and every track being solid. One of the better tribute offerings to be had in the metal genre.
Mark Slaughter's glass-edged, cutting voice bristles throughout "Over the Mountain," and Jeff Martin has the same effect in "Children of the Grave". There are excellent delays and effects in "Suicide Solution," and one of the most pleasant surprises is "Goodbye to Romance," which features Lisa Loeb on vocals. It comes off amazingly well, is does the original more than justice.
Again, every other track is strong as well. A great buy for the Ozzy fan, or for metal enthusiasts in general.
