Not very heavy, and where that was the case on previous efforts, the band was always able to produce catchy and contagious tunes to pick up the slack. Here, however, there's not much of that either. "Unchained" has a nasty riff and rolls old-school style, and "Mean Street" is respectable as well. As for the rest? I can't explain it---but it sure doesn't resemble the swaggering band from '78 very much.
