Sweet Pain--RealAudio
Sharp distortion and smooth songwriting are on display here, along the lines of Lillian Axe, 'Cherry Pie'-era Warrant, and heavier Hardline. Good hard rock/metal from this Canadien trio.
Sharp cuts define "House of Dreams" and the heavier "Sweet Pain," with "C'Mon, C'Mon" being rollicking and flowing.
"Smaug" is a sassy, Extreme-ish instrumental, and "Once Is Not Enough" is naughty and sexual.
Both "Can't Get Too Much" and "Slave to Sin" are good and energetic, as the overall effort here is commendable. However, the release date was to be the biggest hinderance to these guys.
Check out the band's 'Chameleon' CD for more of the same.
