Unruly Child--Waiting For the Sun (1998/MTM) Rating--5.9

Project of former Hurricane lead singer Kelly Hansen. A good bit like Journey, though with a little more bite. Lots of smooth hard rock tracks here; in places Enuff Z'Nuff and light Damn Yankees are hinted upon.
The bluesy and rollicking "Live in the Night" is the album's best track, while "Rise Up" is good as well. "Still Believe" is one of several tracks which comes across with an overall smooth feeling.
Some definite talent here; the band just needs to find more consistency.
