Third Voice--Reflections (1998/Third Voice) Rating--7.3

A progressive feel is presented by this two-man unit, with a little piano, some keyboards, and sharp distortion. Dream Theater is brought to mind, and some of the phrasings and lead runs remind a bit of Queensryche. Vocally, the material is very clear with great range---somewhat like Tate, but not as deep. One man sings, the other does everything else...
"What We'll Be" has a heavy backbone, and an almost Elegy feel to its flow. All three of "Innocence," "How It Ends," and the title track are solid.
An impressive indie release; keep your ears open for these guys if you live up around the Pittsburgh area.
