Your Blood, My Soul--RealAudio

Symphorce has been quietly existing for several years now, as this is the band's third release. The group is led by vocalist Andy Franck, who incidentally also sings for the power-metal troupe Brainstorm. His Dickinson-like pipes are always a treat; the music here is actually quite similar to his other band's, and without prior notice you may not even know the difference. Brainstorm is more consistently free-flowing, if you are looking for differences.
"Speak My Mind" is a thick and sludgey beginning, with "Unbroken" and "Slowdown" being two strong followers. "Your Blood; My Soul" is tasty throughout, with "Nothin' Left" being a slow cooker.
A swaying chorus marks "Touched and Infected," while both "Longing Home" and "Moving in Circles" are good. The disc also has three demo tracks tacked onto the end, which obviously evolved into more polished tunes at a later time. Even they are good listens, though.
