A Million Light Years Away--RealAudio
Stratovarius has clearly become one of the most consistent bands of the past decade, as there has been no lapse in album releases at any given period of time, and no real letdown in musical quality. 'Visions' still stands as the unit's pinnacle, but each and every offering around that opus has shined in its own right. 'Infinite' is no exception, as the band weaves its usual array of fast, intricate, and mood-enhanced trades.
Opener "Hunting High and Low" starts off strong, and other quality tracks include "Millenium," "Glory of the World," and "A Million Light Years Away".
"Mother Gaia" is a lighter track with some strong singing, and the long and multi-dimensional "Infinity" also pleases. The swift and cutting notes of "Phoenix" make it one of the disc's top spots.
TRACK LIST: Hunting High and Low/Millennium/Mother Gaia/Phoenix/Glory of the World/A Million Light Years Away/Freedom/Infinity/Celestial Dream
