Slaughter--Stick it to Ya (1990)
Rating--8.1

Eye to Eye--RealAudio Mad About You--RealAudio

Mark Slaughter's first project following his departure from the Vinnie Vincent Invasion. Similiar in style to the V.V.I. material, though obviously not quite as flashy with the guitar work. The tunes are '80s-ish, ala Dokken and the Crue, with catchy riffs and choruses. Solid melodic metal, with enough balls to satisfy most metal fans.
Highlights include almost all the songs, but specifically "Eye to Eye", "Up All Night", and the good ballad "Fly to the Angels". A recommended disc for overall effectiveness and summertime metal listening.
HOT CHOPS: That chick on the front of the album! Wow!! :-)
