It Never Dies--RealAudio
Barnes returns to some of his Cannibal Corpse roots (in terms of song titles and themes, at least), and his vocals continue to shift from deep-death to occasional high pitched squeals. There's pretty good distortion, and an overall sludge-like delivery.
"It Never Dies" and "The Murderers" are the top tracks, with "Impulse to Disembowel" and "Knife, Gun, Axe" also making their marks. "One Bullet Left" has good music throughout, but the cussing schtick of guest "vocalist" Ice-T just doesn't sound quite right alongside Barnes...
