Prong--Beg to Differ (1990)
Rating--6.0

A little COC, a little Anthrax, but never really approaching the levels of either. A rather boring distortion sound at this point in the band's career, and as a result the songs end up sounding too much alike. Better releases will follow, but for now it's just bad skate metal...
The pick of the litter is "Just the Same", with strong riffs and a great groove. "Steady Decline", "Take it in Hand", "Right to Nothing", and the title cut all have their moments, but ultimately are unable to shine for the duration.
File it away under "growing pains"...
