Nightwish - Over the Hills and Far Away (2001/Drakkar)
Rating - 7.0

A EP/special CD featuring three new songs, a remix, and six live tracks (all taken from the 'Wishes to Eternity' live disc). Nightwish fans of old are able to get a couple of new cuts, whereas any new listeners would be turned towards the live disc--so everyone makes out, you could say.
The title track is melodic and good, "10th Man Down" is a strong cut, and the solid and crunchy "Astral Romance" is remixed from the band's first album.
Mainly recommended for the serious Nightwish fans-- though it could be a good overview for a new fan, as well.

TRACK LIST: Over the Hills and Far Away/10th Man Down/Away/Astral Romance/The Kinslayer (live)/She is My Sin (live)/Sacrament of Wilderness (live)/Walking in the Air (live)/Beauty and the Beast (live)/Wishmaster (live)
