Descent Into Chaos - mp3

The second release from the Gus G troupe is more consistently fast and death-like than the debut. The Gothenburg melodies and lead (guitar) work are still present, however, so don't get the wrong idea. And there are a few of those steady/paced tracks as well, but on the whole it's more pedal-down rippage (which is an apt word for Gus G's six-string endeavors on here!).
Virtually every track is a strong offering, with "Descent into Chaos" living up to its name, "Phantasma" moving your neck, "Omen" and "Reality vs. Truth" being strong pillars, and... on and on.
A few cuts have clean vocals mixed in (such as "Frozen"), and others are rhythmic and steady (like "Poems" and "Release"). In all, once again worth the price.
