My Sister's Machine--Diva (1992)
Rating--7.5
Diva--RealAudio
A nice debut, especially at a time when metal was hurting a bit. Solid metal, sort of in the Gruntruck and Helmet vein--straight-forward distortion, nothing really flashy. I guess the 90's version of power metal to an extent, without being thrash. Highlights include "Hands and Feet", "I Hate You", "Love at High Speed", and the title song.
HOT CHOPS: While a number of the songs are solid, the title song is the real standout on this disc. It really rocks, especially the chorus. Fast-paced and catchy.
