Tornado of Souls--RealAudio Hangar 18--RealAudio

Greatness has been achieved. This is the album where Megadeth brings it all together, and to be honest it was a bit unexpected. 'So Far' was good, but it didn't really hint at the completeness of this disc. But hey---who's complaining??
This one has blistering guitar and drum work, fast-paced songs that will leave you breathless, and blazing solos between Mustaine and new axeman Marty Friedman. One of thrash music's finest moments ever, and where Megadeth was poised to take over the throne of power metal.
Pretty much every song is a highlight. "Hangar 18" is a complete shred-fest, with dueling solos throughout. A number of songs romp and blister along, including "Take No Prisoners," "Five Magics," and "Tornado of Souls."
Some of the band's older-sounding riffs can be heard in "Rust in Peace... Polaris," and opening track "Holy Wars" crunches from the onset.
Again, each of the others is swift and mauling as well; this one is a masterpiece.
