Nothing Is Something--RealAudio

A side-project featuring Megadeth's Dave Mustaine and Fear's Lee Ving. The music is actually a lot like same-era Megadeth ('Youthanasia'), and Jimmy DeGrasso plays the drums here, who would later join Mustaine's band. There are even places where early, 'Killing Is My Business' sounds can be heard. I suppose the element that turned most 'Deth fans off was the vocals... it's just different from what they were used to. Let Mustaine sing the songs and release this under his band's name, and you've probably got a gold record...
A patented Mustaine guitar rhythm starts off "Hell's Hotel," and other good and steady tracks include "Day the Music Died," "Voices," and "No Pain". Highlights include "Nothing For Something" and the energetic "Fight Hate".
