Excellent live quality, and the crowd is into everything---which is to be expected, as Manowar's fans are some of metal's most loyal. The selection is heavily drawn from the band's early catalog, with three cuts from both 'Battle Hymns' and 'Into Glory Ride,' as well as five selections from 'Kings of Metal'.
Intense crowd participation during the chorus of "Metal Daze" booms loud and heavy, and "The Warrior's Prayer" is even more impressive, as the spoken piece is virtually overlapped by the fans.
"Bridge of Death" comes across strong and excellent, and is the top point of the disc, as far as sheer power is concerned. Other strong cuts include "Gates of Valhalla," "The Power," and the thumping "Blood of the Kings."
