Swedish black metal, Lord Belial's music isn't half bad. There are rhythm and tempo changes, dashes of brooding atmosphere, and intense moments as well.
"War of Hate," "Lord of Evil Spirits," and "Divide et Impera" are all good listens, and "Bleed on the Cross" has some distinct note riffs. "Death is the Gate" is a 10 minute track with a lurching, swaying rhythm, perhaps making it the highlight of the band's third release.
