Krokus--The Blitz Rating--5.0

With music that finds a niche between early '80s Priest and the bar-chord antics of Kix, Krokus lays forth one of their less inspiring offerings. Energetic in places, but overall it lacks punch for the duration. Vocalist Marc Storace is a smoother Udo, or a gruffer Graham Bonnett.
The great chorus of lead single "Midnite Maniac" garnered the band a little heavy radio airplay, and the upbeat and cruising "Ballroom Blitz" was a "Headbanger's Ball" fave. "Out of Control" is another standout, but the impressions taper off after that.
The band has more admirable work elsewhere in their catalog; I'll try to get some up in the near future.
