Master and Slave--RealAudio
Quick on the heels of the much-anticipated reunion, this was the last recording of the Kiss line-up that included Eric Singer(drums) and Bruce Kulick(guitar). Heavy stuff man, heavy stuff. Guess the boys had to get this off their chests before getting back with Ace and Peter.
The first three tracks are full of ruthless hooks, and "Master & Slave" actually reminds of Corrosion Of Conformity. Yes---you heard me. Other heavy hitters include "Jungle" and "It Never Goes Away". This has its share of Kiss ballads as well, but these boys are here to rock. It's all here folks; all you non-believers of the recent Kiss line need to reserve final judgement until giving it a spin.
HOT CHOPS: The main riff on "Master & Slave" absolutely crunches! "In The Mirror" is a hard starter as well, and shows flashes of old-school Kiss. As before mentioned, listening to the first three songs is pure madness and mayhem!
TRACK LIST: Hate/Rain/Master & Slave/Childhood's End/I Will Be There/Jungle/In My Head/ It Never Goes Away/Seduction of the Innocent/I Confess/In the Mirror/I Walk Alone
