Kenziner--The Prophecies (1999/Leviathan)
Rating--7.8

Race With Time--RealAudio
This release is much like the band's debut, as there is solid, flashy guitar work (ala Malmsteen, not-as-tight Symphony X, etc.), Bonnet-like vocals, and so on. Good stuff overall--but again as was the case before, maybe not as chord-thick as it could be. That's all a matter of taste, though.
"Live Forever" is a fast opener, and a number of above-par tracks dot the playlist: "The Razor's Edge," "Through the Fire," "The Prophecies," and the smooth "Carry On Tomorrow".
"Dimensions" is a solid guitar/keyboard instrumental, while the acoustic-based "Like a Paradise" is nice. A Symphony X-like chug lurches forth in "Race With Time," earning it high marks.
