Melodic death metal, a bit along the lines of In Flames---though not as refined. Some keyboard/atmospheric toolings in the background, with intricate leads and rhythms.
"Fusion Programmed Minds" breaks forth with a fast gallop, and nasty riffing marks "Paranormal Mysteria." The slower "Elastic Inverted Vision" blends heaviness with a melodic feel, and opening track "Fractured Millenium" is good as well.
Part of the new breed of technical/melodic death metal, which Nuclear Blast seems to be trying to corner the market on.
