Hell Was Made in Heaven--mp3

Not quite as dark as the band's previous offering, yet the band retains much of that disc's etched heaviness. The songwriting and sound is a return to some of the group's mid-90s releases, and when mixed with the edged distortion is a strong blend indeed. A very commendable release, with no real downtime.
Numerous tracks stand out along the way, with "Open Your Life," "The Tune," "Never Be a Star," and "Do You Feel Good" all being strong. "Sun 4 the World" has a pull-off strut, and "Liar" is both heavy and fast.
"Don't Stop Being Crazy" is a patented Helloween power ballad, with "Hell Was made in Heaven" chugging its way forward full-speed. The latter part of the disc is non-stop metal, with other tasties include the chunky "Back Against the Wall," the fast-moving "Listen to the Flies," and finally "Nothing to Say," featuring plenty of sassy, nasty grooving. The Japanese bonus track is the Accept cover of "Fast as a Shark," while the European track is "Far Away" -- a pure speed trip!
