Heaven's Edge--Some Other Place - Some Other Time (1998/MTM) Rating--6.8

Good hard rock, in the vein of Night Ranger for the most part. Heavier in places, a la light Firehouse, and there's a little of the hair metal "sass" mentality that also surfaces.
Opener "Rock Steady" is good and anthemic, and "Call My Name" makes its mark. The heavier songs include "Jump On It," "Rollercoaster," and "Backseat Driver," with the latter having some nice riffs and chops.
