Damn the Machine--RealAudio

This album is cut from the same solid cloth as 'Land of the Free', 'Powerplant', and 'Somewhere Out in Space', which means its yet another freakin' consistent offering from Gamma Ray. They remain one of the best and most influential European groups out today, and have remained true for the duration of their career. Fast riffs, excellent muscianship, and contagious songwriting. Come and get some.
The mood-setting "Induction" breaks the seal, with "Deathrone Tyranny" being fast and strong on its heels. Tasty cuts abound, including "Heaven or Hell," "Solid," "Eagle," and the back-moving "Damn the Machine".
The title track has a potent little '70s-Priest intro riff, while both "The Heart of the Unicorn" and "Fire Below" display shades of Primal Fear-like bottom heaviness.
