Land of the Free--RealAudio

**UMR Review Poll Winner**
The first release with Kai Hansen exclusively on lead vocals, and it ushers in the second (and more consistent) "era" of Gamma Ray. A very strong and solid offering, and a win-win situation for metal overall, as the departed Ralf Scheepers would go on to head up the uber-solid Primal Fear.
Opener "Rebellion in Dreamland" starts slow and then picks up nicely, with the swifter "Man on a Mission" continuing the flow. "Fairytale" and "Time to Break Free" are both strong, with "Gods of Deliverance" being fast and driving.
The title cut is carved with nastiness, and rolls right along with other good tunes such as "Abyss of the Void" and "Salvation's Calling".
