Chaos in Flesh--RealAudio
A power/thrash/death mix, along the lines of the latest from In Flames,
Hypocrisy, At the Gates, and the like. A little Iced Earth at times,
and also some heavy and fast Machine Head.
Growling vox for the most part,
though there are melodic sections in places, and a couple of entire songs with smooth vox. This is part of the growing breed of
"melodic death" metal.
"Deserted" is strong and intricate, with a heavy and fast pulse. A rolling rhythm is compact in
"Chaos in Flesh," and is held together wth tight playing and plenty of chops and sharp notes.
"As a True King," "Black
Days," and the clean-vocaled "Small Electric Space" are all good.
