Emerald Rain--Broken Saviours (1997/Frontiers)
Rating--8.2

Dream Angel--RealAudio
Good riff-based hard rock, with shades and mixes of Hardline, Velocity, and the like. All and all some really strong musical arrangements, as the band pumps out solid rhythms with ease.
The smooth title track has some nice cuts, and "Heart of Stone" is well-paced with notes.
The sharp, harmonic-tinged note rhythm of "Heart on the Line" is good, and "Misery Loves Company" features some of the same high quality, etched fretwork.
Three of the top highlights include the nasty "High Road to Nowhere," the rapid "Fortune Never Found," and the Dokken-like rhythm of "Dream Angel."
