One time singer for Rainbow, Elf, and Black Sabbath. Went solo after stint with Sabbath in '81. Has a certain ability to find new, young, smoking guitarists. He has slowed down a bit since his first solo efforts, opting for a more slow grind metal approach. A nasty, emotional vocalist with excellent range.
