The recording mix of this cassette tape demo pushes the guitar work too far to the back, but the Maiden-esque musings can still be picked up on. Gruff vocals that approach a growl at times, though on average they seem to tread along similar lines of a Blackie Lawless, perhaps.
A good riff intro followed by various time changes dot "Silent Welcome," and strong atmospheric leads wind throughout "Presence". Closing the four-track ride out is the razor-like riff chug of "Raped," which displays the promise this Jersey-based band holds.
