Badlands

Formed in 1988, Badlands was the project of former Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Jake E. Lee and former Black Sabbath vocalist Ray Gillen. While playing a bluesy brand of metal and earning respect in the hard rock world, Badlands wasn't able to cross over to a wider audience. Gillen would die of AIDS shortly after the band's second release.
