A four-track E.P. from this Ohio independent unit. There are shades of Dream Theater, but with a darker edge. Reminiscent of Elegy at times, and other European prog groups.
"Visionary" has some good, chunky mid-sections, and "Dissension's Wake" is tight and packed. Chops show up in both "Arisen" and the title track, as the band continues to hone its art. A full-length release may not be too far off.
